I will be baking this cake in a "Loaf" form. You will receive two loaf cakes. Eat one and freeze one for later!
Lemon Curd
Five large eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, about 3-4 lemons
1/4 cup lemon zest
pinch of salt
10 Tablespoons sliced butter
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, over medium heat, whisk the eggs and sugar until combined. Add in lemon juice, zest, and salt. Whisk for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the butter and continue to whisk until melted. Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
- Remove from heat and strain into a bowl, and let cool. Store the curd in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Can also freeze for up to 3 months

Chocolate Cream Fizz
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Milk
- 1/2 Seltzer Water chilled
- 1-2 Tablespoons. Chocolate Syrup
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Frosted Glass
Place a glass in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Coat the inside of the glass with Chocolate Syrup
Add the Chocolate Milk and Seltzer Water.
Top with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Garnish with chocolate shavings
